Frankie here with another post about what you can do while on the Atkins diet. We all know that it is important to exercise because that counts for half of trying to lose weight. I am not sure about you guys but I have a newborn at home! I don’t have time to go to the gym every day for a few hours and to be honest most people don’t. Well I recently started looking on YouTube and found this amazing channel called Blogilates. Obviously from the name it is a Pilate related channel.
The women behind the videos is named Cassey Ho and she is a certified fitness instructor and Pilates instructor. She wasn’t always doing fitness related jobs. She started out living in Boston working for as a fashion buyer and absolutely hated the corporate job and wanted to do something more meaning full so she started teaching some classes and making YouTube videos and people absolutely loved her workout videos. She also created pop Pilates which is Pilates that you do to pop music and she has been in many magazines about this and creating this.
This is an example of her pop Pilates videos where she does toning and fat burning exercises to pop music. This is one of her older videos but on her channel she has over thousands of different workouts you can choose from. She also makes a monthly workout calendar each month of different videos on her YouTube channel to workout out to everyday! Which is perfect for me since I am starting this diet.
This is one of my favorite videos she has ever made when she does 1000 squats! Crazy right I know! Well I did this video and I am feeling it! For sure! This is going to burn the fat right out of your thighs and you will feel the burn! She also has a thousand abs challenge that I will love to try too because that’s what I really need to work on is flattening my tummy and melting away muffin tops.
The last awesome thing about her channel is that she does cooking recipes called Cheap Clean Eats. She has a big variety of foods that she makes. She has breakfast, lunch, desserts, snacks, smoothies, even food recipes for vegan and vegetarians. Which is perfect for my husband because like I said in my other post he is a vegetarian and I am not so I can make a lot of these recipes for him and then just add chicken to mine on the side! Perfect!
Lastly I just want to say that I know this isn’t everyone’s style of working out but this works for me to just do a ten minute video and few more throughout the day! I am still able to pop pilates and be a stay at home mom taking care of my baby and husband!
